ABOUT

Litigators with
good ideas

History

Gosia Bawolska worked at a full-service firm in Vancouver before returning to Toronto to work at one of Canada’s largest litigation boutiques. With close to 20 years of litigation experience, Gosia specializes not only in legal advice but also good ideas - all to help her clients get back to life and work.

Gosia and a partner started Cadence Litigation in 2017, which looks to the origin of the legal profession, where the client and lawyer are partners in the resolution of a legal dilemma, and the billable hour is not king. Now, Gosia is leading the firm and draws on her experience in many different fields of civil litigation to assist people and companies to understand their legal rights and obligations.
