Contact us for rates

Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. We keep detailed logs of the time we spend on your case, and you will see those logs on all our invoices.  We send out invoices every month and ask for payment within 30 days.  We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be over-billed for unproductive time.  Our invoices will include costs for copying and filing of Court documents, mileage, couriers, and a flat rate of $25 for third-party research services that help us be more efficient.  We will not bill you for travel time, postage, scanning, or long-distance calls. 

Retainers must be paid upfront.  We are pleased to accept cheques, e-transfers, PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard.
